weekends are SO hard

I’m beginning to hate weekends.  It seems like the hard work I did all week was for nothing.  There are so many temptations and lack of routine sure doesnt help.  Having my hubby and son around all weekend long makes things so tough.  I know thats not fair and its not their fault and thats its all up to me.  I just wish it was easier. 
I think if I could do away with weekends for a couple of months then I would do so much better.
Hows that for logic?
Oh well tomorrows another week and back on the horse I get
I hope you are having a more successful weekend than I am as far as food and excercise goes.

    I hear you about the weekends Lori. I think most of us have the same issues but as the weight comes off, and you get used to certain foods and portions, and seeing the numbers on the scale go down , you’ll find it a bit easier to stay on track.

    Now get back on that horse !  LOL

    The main thing about weight loss is learning how your going to face the hardest parts in your weight loss journey once you learn how to conquer the weekends it will get easier!
