I know what you mean about the water thing. I used to drink a lot of sodas when I was younger. My whole family went on a diet when I was 14 or so. At that time I got myself used to drinking water and although I would always end up going off my diet, I kept my mind set on drinking water over all else. I didn’t want to have to break that habit again. I might drink a soda once or twice a month, if that. It normally burns my throat because i’m not used to it. When I do get a soda, I usually drink half of it, then have to drink a lot of water to get the soda feeling/taste out of my mouth! lol
What dance DVD have you been doing?

Glad you are learning how to be healthy! Me too on the water. I had a sip of coke the other day and it didn’t even taste good! Good luck to ya!

Isnt it amazing how well you can eat on 1200 calories??? I always use them just like money…I spend them wisely. And once you learn that, it helps you not to be hungry…
SURE. I could have that candy bar, but why waste 150 calories on that, when for the same amount I could get something healthy and filling!!!
