Successful dinner
Thank you buddies for your ideas for my family dinner tonight.
I was able to make some healthy foods to go along with some not quite as healthy ones and I kept everyone happy.
Best of all I was able to eat and not feel deprived and keep within my calories.
I’m so excited about it and it’s paved my way for a great weekend of eating right and excersizing.
I am going to make sure I stay on track this weekend and don’t undo all the work I’ve done so far.

Good For you! It is so hard cooking for everyone, esp when everyone else is soveling in the calories and not caring too much what they put in their mouth!
I’ve made small healthy changes in all the meals I cook. Most of the time they dont know it!Like last night I made homemade Alfredo Sauce from my best ever recipe,with a few calorie saving changes. I used fat free cream cheese, skim milk and reduced fat parmeasan and I switched my reg. hambuger for the lean, which I was amazed to say is the same amount of fat as Turkey burger when I compared them in the supermarket! And it was great, Its still not the best thing I could eat but it was way healthier than the way I used to make it and portion control is what has got me where I am now.
The only down fall is the healthy stuff cost more money which is just wrong no matter how you look at it! Keep it up!
