struggling here

I’m struggling a bit right now. Having a very hard time feeling motivated and I hate that.

So I planned my meals out for the day in hopes of staying within my calories.
rn
I’ll do my exercises even though yesterday it was such a challenge to do them. I was sore and tired but I still did them.
rn
I sure hope this feeling passes soon.

I hope you are all well and that if you are struggling too that you find a way to get past that and to be strong.

I felt the need to blog to get out my feelings and to keep me here and to keep me on track.

I am grateful for that opportunity.

Lori…we all have our good days and bad days. You will have days where you really don’t want to work out, especially in the beginning, but it will get easier as you do it. You can do this! I have faith in you!

Keep at it, trust me, it will get easier as time goes on, especially when you start feeling the benefits! We are all here for you, so keep bloggin away!
