stuck at 30 and frustrated

Good Morning Buddies
and Happy Friday!!!!!
I hope you are all looking forward to the weekend and that you have some sunshine in your life.

I am really frustrated right now.  I’ve lost 30 lbs and I just seem to be stuck here and it feels like I will be forever.
IT’S SO FRUSTRATING   I have been eating right and exercising but the scales not moving.  Or it moves a tiny bit down then a tiny bit back up but thats it.
I think the hardest part is that its been very difficult fitting in my exercise but I’ve been working hard at that and doing it.  I would think the scale should be moving in the right direction.

Tonight I have dinner plans at Boston Pizza of all places and I’m very unhappy about that.
I’m trying to look at the positive aspects like how lucky I am to be going out with family and friends and how much I love spending time with them but I looked up some of the calories in some of Bostons food last night online and that was very discouraging.
I’ll have to take a closer look and try to find something thats not as bad as the rest I guess.
Does anyone else eat at Boston Pizza and have any ideas of good choices there?

It’s still early here 7:30 am.  I’m going to go for a walk this morning with my Day Care children in the rain it looks like.  Thats okay they’ll love that.  I do enjoy that time with them so much.  This afternoon after a good healthy low cal lunch I’ll exercise to my DVD.  I will stick to my guns and I know the weight will come off just frustrated right now and had to get that out of my system.
Thanks for being here for me to be able to do that

Take Care Buddies
and Have a great day!

    Hi There,

Don’t be discouraged about Boston Pizza, the best thing I can tell you to have there is the Quesadilia and a salad.  Recently my friend and I went there and we each ordered a Quesadilia and a Ceasar Salad that we shared.

I would stay away from Pizza at all costs, and the pasta as well, unless you are sharing with someone else that’s going to make the difference.

I know it’s hard to lose weight, but don’t beat yourself up you’ve done great so far and you might have reached a small plateau too.  Just think good thoughts and everything will be ok.

I don’t know anything about Boston Pizza, but maybe stick to a veggie pizza? Some salad with it? Are you taking your measurements? You are prob still loisng inches which will add up to a loss soon. Hang in there.

OK here is my second attempt to send you a comment, I knew I shouldn’t hit that submit button to try and correct my typos!

Anyway thanks for commenting on my blog! I only write them as a discipline so I am happy when someone wades through one and makes an encouraging comment. Blessings

Anyway I dont know Boston Pizza but eat a big salad ( watch the dressing) and maybe one slice of then crust veggie, light on the cheese, and then walk or something afterwards to rev up your metabolism. OR maybe eat really light and treat your self tonite with a weight watcher dessert or ice cream sandwich. Good luck!

You will lose weight, you have done well, you might want to try something different in exercise or even a different diet for a week or two, to get your body out of a rut.
