Hi my buddies,
I wanted to share with you a new milestone I’ve reached.
I’m down 60 lbs. today. YIPPEE!!!!!!!
I’m so pleased.
Another 5 lbs. then its goodbye 200s. I can hardly wait.
I’ve been working hard and now added swimming to my exercise routine.
I’ve been going Monday and Wednesday nights to Aquafit and lovin’ it.
I only wish it was available more often.
Today I actually was able to go to the early morning one from 6:30 am to 7:30.
What a GREAT way to start the day.
I hope you are all able to find your motivation to keep going on this journey.
I know there are days when its tough, trust me I know, but it sure is worth it to just keep pluggin’ away at it.
