80 pounds down and setting a new goal

YAY I did it FINALLY down 80 pounds!!!

The last 2 pounds seemed to take forever to come off - 10 days actually.  10 loooong days.

I am so happy right now.

So pleased that all my hard work is paying off.

I am setting a goal for myself of losing 100 pounds by Christmas.

I have been losing on average 2 pounds / wk. so I think this is doable with buddyslimmers support of course.

I will continue to set my mini goals of 5 pounds at a time as that really seems to work for me.

Well, wish me luck

and I hope you are all managing to stick with your plans and move closer towards your weight loss goals.

It sure isn’t easy but it sure is worth it.

WE ARE WORTH IT!!!!!!

Take care my buddies and enjoy the rest of your day

Oh what a day!

It’s been one of those days when everythings been out of whack.

No matter how hard I tried to plan my workouts and my meals (so far) everything seemed to get messed up or at least interrupted.

Yet I managed to still do my workouts and to eat properly.
It wasn’t easy at all and it would have been so easy just to give up and make excuses (I sure did have plenty of them).
I am so happy that I didn’t give up though.

Just felt like blogging maybe because I feel like I really accomplished something today.
Not sure, right now I’m feeling exhausted and still have 2 daycare children on their way out the door soon before I can even start to think about getting dinner on the go.
Ugh - what a day!

Have a good night buddies and stay strong and focussed
YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!

I’m back and so happy to have my routine back

I am so happy to be back into routine.

Kids are back at school and I am back to work after having 2 wks. off.

Don’t get me wrong it was great having time off but I need my routine back.

I’ve been away on vacation for a week and while I didn’t always make the worst meal choices I didn’t always make the best either.

I also found it very hard to get any exercise in although we did do a fair bit of walking.

At the beginning of the vacation I was totally stressed out about my eating.

I was having a hard time finding healthy choices and stressing over it.

My hubby was very supportive, well as supportive as I can expect as I know he can’t possibly understand how I feel.

Once I chilled out a bit over it I felt so much better.

I took hubby’s advice and remembered that it was just one week and soon we’d be back home and everything back to normal again.

I am up 2 pounds today from where I was a week ago.  So now its back on plan time.

I also have TOM lurking about so that can’t help either.

Time to eat right and get moving again.

I am definitely in this for the long haul.

There are so many changes I have made in my life for the better and those are now a part of my lifestyle and there is no going back.

I am very proud of that fact.

Sometimes we have to remember to look at how far we’ve come and to be proud of our accomplishments.

Every one of us should be proud.  Those that have lost weight and those that are struggling to find their way.   You should be proud of being here and making the effort to be healthier.

I hope all my buddies have a great day and find the motivation to make healthy choices today.

One day at a time.

Take care buddies and thanks for your support
