Me again

Ok buddies I know I don’t usually blog this often, twice yesterday and now again today, but it’s helping me so here I am.

I am up another dang pound today.
I don’t even really know how it’s possible.
I can’t dwell on it though.

I just know I gotta keep motivated to carry on.  The way I look at it is that there really is no other choice.
It sure isn’t easy though.

So this morning right after breakfast and before work I got on the mini tramp. and did my 25 min. workout (DVD).  A really good workout.
So that’s a good start to the day at least.

I have my meals planned, I have my workouts planned for this afternoon and for this evening.
All a formula for success.  Sounds so simple.

It wasn’t long ago that I wrote a blog talking about how sticking with it is the key to losing weight.  I still do believe that and now I guess I’ m really being tested.

Thanks for all your support buddies.
I know soon I’ll be back to losing and then I’ll have this to look back on and to learn from and also to be proud of myself for not giving up.

WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!!
STAY STRONG BUDDIES
Lori

Oh Lori, I know I’m in the minority with my weigh ins but I think if you focus on all these positive and amazing changes you’re making, your goal will arrive at no time. I weigh at most once a month. I hate the scale and I think it distracts me from my real objective, to live a healthier HAPPIER life. If you need to throw that scale out the window, I’ll open the window for you. :)

Lori, I saw Bob Green on Rachael Ray yesterday. A audience member was asking the question of plauteaus (sp?) he said our body gets to a point where it stops losing even though we are still working out. He said the only way to get through a plauteau is to step it up a bit. Walk faster, maybe run…whatever your doing step it up. Sooner or later your body will realize whats happening and once again the weight will drop. Hope this helps…big hugs for you. Iknow how frustrating this can be, but you have a hug support group and we all love ya!!
